Exhibit Space Fees Include:
- All direct to dock shipment drayage* - a HUGE cost savings!
- 8’ high back drape and 3’ side drape

- (3) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 100 net square feet (ex: 10x20 = 6; 20x20 = 12)
- FREE admission to all networking functions
- FREE publicity & marketing opportunities
*Drayage fees are covered when you ship your exhibit material direct to show site.
Carpet, furniture and other services are not included. Carpet/floor covering is required.
Early Bird Fee: $34/net square feet. (Ends October 24, 2022)
Standard Fee: $36/net square feet. (Starting October 25, 2022)
Open Corner Fee: $200 per open corner.

The Quality Show logo and various sized web ads are available for use to help promote your participation.
Company Listing in the On-Site Show Guide
Your 100-word company description along with your company name, address, phone number, website and booth # will be included in the on-site Show Program, attendees go-to resource during and after the show (logo upgrade and advertising available).
Customer VIP Passes
A customized registration code will be provided to each exhibitor to distribute to customers offering FREE registration to The Quality Show. The exhibitor with the highest code usage for the 2023 Show earns $2,500 towards a sponsorship in 2025!
